You cherish and care for your body without the drama of counting calories, obsessing over food, or forcing yourself through grueling workout plans. Instead, you’re totally in tune with your body’s innate wisdom and you use that wisdom to create the most vibrant, fulfilling expression of your life. 

And that life is everything you’ve dreamt of and more. You move through the world with openness, curiosity, and ease –  completely unfettered by limiting narratives about your abilities. You’ve learned how to relinquish control and stop muscling your way through existence. Instead, you’ve made habit of putting yourself out into the world and allowing wonderful things to flow freely in your direction. The result? A rich, beautiful life you cannot wait to wake up to.

Excellent question, so glad you asked…

I’m Kasey a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, a Gray Institute 3D Maps Movement Analysis Practitioner, and a Mindful Movement specialist. Beyond these accreditations, I’m also someone who has gone through a very (very!) long, winding journey with both my sense of purpose and my body. I spent years feeling like I was under-living my life. In an effort to feel some kind of fulfillment, I turned to food, over-exercising, over-extending myself, and a plethora of other unhelpful behaviors that left me feeling completely cut off from my body. I was riddled with digestive issues, chronic pain, acne, depression, and anxiety.

It wasn’t until I slowed down, reconnected with myself physically, and began addressing my own limiting beliefs, that I found my way through this painful phase. While we may live in an increasingly chaotic, stimulus-packed world, there truly are ways to exist that don’t leave you feeling chronically stressed, physically and emotionally run down, and constantly in contention with your body. It is possible to feel present, purposeful, and well. My guiding principle is that each of us was put on this earth to flourish, and helping you discover your unique, individualized way of doing so is MY MISSION.

My Signature 1:1 Coaching Program where we will work together to uncover and dismantle your limiting beliefs surrounding your body, your life, and what it means to transform. We’ll create action-based, custom strategies for building confidence, creating embodied connection, and honoring what truly matters to you. We’ll hone in on your “why” and step-by-step move – mind, body, and spirit – in the direction of your dreams.

In this coaching you’ll learn:

  • Techniques for slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and listening to its true needs and desires (not just the cravings and responses created by stress!)

  • How to create a foundation of sincere self-compassion. No transformation is linear. There will be setbacks and pitfalls. The single most powerful tool you can have is knowing how to lovingly pick yourself up and get back in the groove! Another favorite quote of mine from good ol’ Al(bert) Einstein “You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew.” Together, we’re going to create that new consciousness

  • An action-based approach to building confidence, self-esteem, and loving boundaries (aka - the way to escape that black hole of “I’ll do [insert something you really, really, want to do] someday”)

  • How to disentangle yourself from f*ckd up diet culture messaging and learn to love and enjoy rather than stress or obsess over food. Food preferences are highly individualized and we’ll take the time to explore and experiment with discovering what foods make you feel energized and nourished. 

  • Strategies for getting your body in motion. No, this doesn’t necessarily need to be “exercise.” There will be no prescriptions for intense HIIT workouts or boot camps or spin classes. Instead, we’ll work on cultivating movement practices that deepen your connection to your body, reduce stress, and improve your energy. 

  • How to be the authority on your body. How to set boundaries for yourself, give yourself what you need, and move through the world guided by your innate worthiness.

  • 3 months of weekly 50-minute sessions via Zoom (12 total)

  • Email support and check-ins between sessions

  • Personalized Embodiment Practices

  • Journaling prompts and reflection resources

  • Inspiration recommendations (books, podcasts, films, documentaries, recipes)

  • Confidence challenges (ie - the small scary steps that get you moving toward what you want!)
